Welcome to CaseKart. These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Using our website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You agree to give accurate information when you create an account or place an order.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
- You agree not to misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, copying its content, scraping it or using it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Products
- We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen.
- Each case is designed for a specific phone model. Please make sure you choose the right one before ordering.
- Product descriptions, including materials and compatibility, are as accurate as we can make them. If you think something is wrong, let us know.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Orders below that have a flat ₹49 shipping charge, shown in your cart before you pay.
- The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Prices and offers may change at any time, but changes never affect orders you've already paid for.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets.
Orders
- Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
- Stock is reserved when you pay. In the rare case an item sells out at the same moment, we'll refund you in full.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, can't deliver to the address, or the product is unavailable. If you've paid, you'll get a full refund.
Discount codes and offers
- Only one discount code can be used per order, unless an offer says otherwise.
- Codes can't be exchanged for cash and may have an expiry date, a minimum order value or other conditions.
- We may withdraw an offer or cancel orders that misuse a code.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
Reviews and content you share
When you post a review or share content with us, you confirm it's your own and honest, and you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We may remove reviews that are offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including designs, images, logos and text, belongs to CaseKart or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission. Phone brand and model names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Limitation of liability
Our cases are designed to reduce damage to your phone, but no case can guarantee full protection against every drop or accident. To the extent allowed by law, CaseKart isn't liable for damage to your device, or for indirect losses, beyond the price you paid for the product.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
