- Account details: if you create an account, your name, email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

- Reviews: the reviews and ratings you choose to publish on our products.

- Device and usage data: such as your browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at our site, to keep the site secure and improve it.
- Cart and preferences: your cart and recently viewed products are stored in your browser, so they are still there when you come back.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card numbers, UPI PIN or bank login details.

Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted services that help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Payment partners (Razorpay) to process payments and refunds
- Courier and logistics partners to deliver your order

Cookies and local storage
We use a sign-in cookie when you have an account and store your cart in your browser. These are needed for the site to work. You can clear them from your browser settings at any time, but you'll be signed out and your cart will be emptied.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, passwords are stored hashed and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is active. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws in India require, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
